The month of the year I cannot wait for the most is March. When I enter the store and see beautiful, bright green asparagus displayed - I think to myself, “Like, YES! My favorite spring vegetable is back!”

As soon as it’s here, I fill my menu with easy asparagus dishes, like asparagus salads, baked lemon chicken with asparagus, asparagus tart, and, of course, this delicious cannabis-infused asparagus-dill soup.

This simple & tasty soup will be ready in about 30 minutes, and is a perfect light meal to enjoy, on a lovely, spring day. You can also make it purely vegetarian, by using vegetable broth, instead of chicken broth.

This velvety, creamy soup is made without cream, but some cannabis instead. For this soup, I infuse olive oil with Sativa strains. These strains, in general, uplift your mood. I know a lot of people, who are getting relief from their depression, using good sativa strains like Jack Herer.

I get so excited when Spring comes around because it is also asparagus season! Mainly, because I love making asparagus soups, which are super tasty, creamy soup.

This classic, soup is French soul-food, and it is very easy to make. It is a great choice for entertaining guests, in asparagus season. This lovely, soothing, green soup is made without using heavy cream. So, it’s perfect for people looking for a light meal - it’s ideal for lunch or brunch.

Soups are often thought of as a Winter thing, but this Spring soup is a one-of-a-kind - the king of all soups, according to me. So, for all the soup lovers & asparagus lovers, who haven’t yet tried it, you must give it a try. You won’t be disappointed, I promise!

Here’s my go-to recipe for this beautiful, soothing asparagus soup:

There’s nothing better than a large bowl of hot chicken stew with delicious, fluffy, canna-infused dumplings, on a cold winter day or night. This chicken stew is a pure comfort food!

Since I got myself a new oven a month ago, I wanted to experiment more with my dishes. I bought an oven-safe pot for my soups, and wanted to see how it works, so I ended up making this incredibly tasty chicken stew.

While I was making the stew, I realized that it can be improvised it in some way. That’s when the idea of adding canna-infused dumplings came to my mind. These fluffy dumplings added such a good flavor to the stew and made it absolutely perfect!

Cooking and eating cannabis-infused foods is one of my favorite things to do. The pleasure they offer is unexplainable. For a recent gathering, I served this medicated butternut squash soup to my guests, followed by a weedy dinner, and ended the meal with pot brownies.

This squash soup is the perfect savory food to start your meal with. It’ll get you high, and have no added sugar, so you can save some space for dessert.

Also, it’s my go-to food for a relaxing, cosy, winter night, ending your day.

In case you all are also craving it in this cosy fall, and want to make it, here’s the recipe:

I’m that person, who can never say no to mac & cheese! It’s literally the first thing I check to see on a menu, wherever I go out to eat. It’s also the food I order most frequently, whenever I visit a restaurant. This soul-satisfying food is so cheesy, delicious, and a perfect, evening snack.

It’s very easy to make at home, and can be customized, according to your taste. You can add different spices & cheeses, add a layer of tomatoes as topping, or season it with breadcrumbs, depending on your mood & availability of ingredients.

I make my cannabis mac & cheese, using cheddar & Gruyere cheese, and top it with breadcrumbs. Use whatever cheeses you love, and top it with whatever you so desire. If you like your food spicy, adding salsa & jalapeno topping is a great idea.

I visited Rome last year, and tried a lot of new dishes there. This particular dish, I hadn’t ever even heard about!

During my stay there, the most wonderful snack I had was the chicken Milanese cutlet. It was crispy, and had an arugula topping. So simple, yet so perfect - heavenly delicious!

I make this snack at home quite often, and top it with whatever feels right. Mostly, it’s tomatoes in summer, and peppery salad with arugula & herbs in the winter, taking me right back to that wonderful dish - and the time I spent there of course.

I add cannabis to the dressing, in this dish, as the temperature to make the cutlet crisp is too hot for the infused oil.

Nowadays, people are prioritizing healthier eating choices, over processed food, and this change is surely a positive one. This is the perfect time to make healthy changes in our eating habits.

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve taken my diet seriously. I have partially switched to a healthier, natural, low-calorie meal plan, and I’m consciously eating more veggies than meat. And let me tell you, I’m loving it!

This salad is an important part of my new healthy diet, as I have it for lunch almost every day. This salad is a filling & wholesome meal - one which you won’t find yourself munching on snacks after eating. It will keep your body running until supper, or dinner. It is rich in vitamins & antioxidants - yet another bonus.

The thing I love the most about this salad is that it’s super versatile. You can add parsley, red onions, tomatoes, chickpeas, cucumber, or literally all your favorite veggies to it. If you are a meat lover, you can add chicken or shrimp too.

This terrific, crunchy, fresh salad is the hero of all Asian salads. With shredded chicken & vegetables, like cabbage & carrots, chopped cilantro & romaine lettuce, tossed with wasabi vinaigrette, and topped with peanuts – this salad is a great all-rounder! I love how it’s so tasty & healthy, at the same time.

Wasabi dressing adds a unique flavor to this Asian chicken salad – the flavor that makes it extra special & delicious. I love the flavor of ginger & sesame in the dressing, and the hit of cannabis, of course. That taste has got me hooked, literally! I top the salad with roasted peanuts - so simple & flavorful -but you can finish it with sesame seeds, chopped wasabi peas, or anything else you crave!

This is one of those dishes that will make you feel like an incredible chef with very little effort. Because these steaks soak up marinade amazingly well, you can marinate them, the night before cooking.

The strong, beefy flavor of skirt steak is to die for! This quick & easy-to-cook meal definitely tastes like one out of a restaurant, and is sure to become the most-demanded dish at your home.

Poke-&-Pot-Recipe pinit E easy

“Poke” is a Hawaiian word, which means “cut in pieces”, and this dish consists of small bites of marinated fish, served with veggies, herbs, fruit and rice.

It’s a light, refreshing & healthy meal, which is super easy to make, and can be customized, according to taste. It can be thought of as the Hawaiian version of a burrito bowl – a one pot meal, loaded with your favorite ingredients.

I infuse the poke using sesame oil, or sometimes coconut oil. A lot of people prefer coconut oil, or other types of cooking oil, but I personally love the taste the sesame oil adds to the food. It’s my first choice, not only for this particular dish, but also other dishes like hummus, etc.

Make sure the fish you buy is uber-fresh, and of the best quality available. When preparing the poke, sometimes the mix of flavors completely disguises the taste of cannabis. So, if you want to keep its taste in your food, just drizzle a few drops of the infused oil on the top of the dish, before serving.

Curried-Cannabis-Lamb-Recipe pinit M medium

A few months back, I was scrolling down my Instagram feed and came across a picture of this beautiful looking curried dish. I was so surprised to see how the chef made it look so appealing, because my curried dishes never look so great.

I said to myself, “It’s not impossible, just put in a little more effort!” So, after a few tries, I made a wonderful & beautiful-looking curried canna-infused lamb recipe.

For this dish, I infused both the oil & butter. If you need help with that, you can check out our canna-butter recipe and canna-oil recipe.

I used coconut oil because it adds a very unique flavor to this genre of food. However, you can replace it with any cooking oil you like, or have on hand.

This recipe is very flexible, so you can easily personalize it, according to your taste. I have also prepared this dish with tofu, cauliflower & spinach, and it was absolutely scrumptious.

Curried lamb is one of the best dishes to add to your dinner menu, when family or friends are coming over. A wholesome meal with a balanced taste of Indian spices, served over basmati rice – just perfect!

Bone broth is a health-boosting, nutritious food that is made by boiling healthy animal bones with veggies, herbs & spices.

Due to its unparalleled flavor & culinary uses, it is included in almost all 5-star restaurants. Besides these properties, bone broth is also an incredible source of minerals, helps boost your immune system, and improves digestion. It is rich in calcium, phosphorus & magnesium, and has a high collagen content, which makes it great for bones, teeth, hair, nails & skin.

It’s best to use a slow cooker for making broth. It takes several hours to cook, and the longer you cook it, the better it is. As the water evaporates, you have to keep an eye on it, adding water when needed, every few hours or so.

I add decarbed cannabis to my broth, and it takes it to a whole new level of pleasure. It becomes a heart-satisfying food! Usually, some of the cannabis adheres to the collagen & gelatin contained in the fat present on the top of the cooking pot. When you skim off the fat, as the broth cooks, some cannabis also goes with it making the dish mildly high. So, if you want to have a stronger stock, add canna-infused butter or cannabis cooking oil to your cup before eating.

This dish is one I learned from my mother - sans cannabis. It has always been a family favorite and one the most-demanded dishes in our home.

The first time she made it was when I was 18 years old, and we had a huge get together at our place. I can still remember it’s aroma wafting throughout our home, and I ran to the kitchen to ask her what she was cooking. It smelled just as good as it tasted.

It’s been over 2 years since I’ve been making this at home - with cannabis - and I can proudly say that I’m an expert at it now.

This baked beauty is super-tasty and super-easy to make, and one those big event dishes that you can serve to impress your guests - many guests. I usually make it on Christmas & New Year’s, and my guests always love & appreciate it. I made it last weekend, when my neighbors came over - later, we used the leftovers to make sandwiches.

The recipe I’m sharing today is basically my mom’s recipe, with some slight changes made to it.

Of the many ways to consume cannabis, tinctures are one of the easiest to prepare. They are very flexible in that they can be prepared either mildly or strongly, according to the consumer’s preferences.

Tinctures can be taken directly, by applying a few drops under the tongue or can be added into beverages such as juices, coffee & tea. These super easy-to-make tinctures are highly effective, and can be made using your favorite strains of cannabis.

Tinctures can be made using various extraction agents, like honey or alcohol. However, this recipe will use vegetable glycerin, and you will have a perfectly prepared tincture in about 24 hours.

Alcohol tinctures are usually used as a convenient medium to consume medical herbs, as alcohol facilitates the herbal compounds to be absorbed into the bloodstream quickly.

For this reason, many people prefer taking cannabis in the form of alcohol tinctures. It is easier to make and dose, as compared to cannabutter & canna-oil based edibles. Also, you can feel the effects more quickly by consuming cannabis via tinctures, as compared to consuming through canna-infused edibles.

The longer you let your tincture sit, the stronger it will become. At the same time, however, it will become more unpalatable, as more chlorophyll is released with time. There are many different recipes out there that call for the tincture to sit anywhere from a few minutes, to a few weeks, to a few months. This recipe prepares alcohol tincture in 3 hours. However, you can experiment with the infusion to find the perfect balance of time, chlorophyll, and potency you are comfortable with.

The most important part of making alcohol tincture is choosing the right strain of cannabis. This choice will affect the potency, and the medical properties of the tincture.

For example, if you choose an Indica strain, your tincture will help you with body pain, insomnia, depression & nausea. You can also choose a CBD strain, to make a non-psychoactive, purely medicinal tincture. CBD tinctures made at home are usually much more beneficial than those you find at dispensaries.

Peanut sauce is an irresistible thing. I literally drizzle peanut sauce over all the dishes it fits with. Recently I made grilled chicken with peanut sauce, and today it’s cold peanut noodles.

I made these noodles last month for the first time, and they turn out super-scrumptious! My aunt is coming over for dinner tomorrow and I was stressing out because I didn’t know how I’m going to prepare so many dishes in such little time. And then the idea of these cold peanut noodles came to my mind.

These noodles are a magnificent dish and just perfect for literally any occasion. You have a lunch at your place? They are ready to go on the table within 30 minutes. Looking for an easy dish that can be prepared for the lunches and dinners in the week ahead? These noodles can be easily made and stored in the fridge for up to a week (and the peanut sauce gets tastier with every passing day). Looking for a filling and satisfying vegetarian dish? These cold peanut noodles are the answer!

Although they can also be made with chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu if you’re craving some high-protein meal.
