Summer is here, and so is our desire to consume fresh drinks & foods, such as fresh juices, guacamole, salads - and, of course, pesto!

This delicious, classic, ABV pesto has become a must-have for me, during the summer, and is popular, in our home. In fact, I made it today, and I was so excited to get into the kitchen to get started with the process.

Now, I have this super-tasty pesto ready to coat my various breads and grilled chicken with. I’ve stored some in my fridge, and the rest went into the freezer. I’ve frozen portions in ice cube trays, as it’s easy to take a cube out and defrost it for a single purpose, such as adding to a sauce or using in a dip.

The ingredients of this pesto can be altered, according to your taste. You can use garlic, Parmesan cheese, Genovese basil, nuts, and other various dried fruits. Typically, I like to make it using spinach, walnuts, dried thyme & oregano, and of course ABV - this exciting ingredient cannot be missed!

Pesto is a great way to consume cannabis, and it has so many uses. It can be served with grilled chicken, steamed veggies, fish or tofu, to enhance their flavors. With strong flavor components, such as olive oil, oregano, spinach or thyme, you won’t even notice the taste of cannabis, in the recipe.

Note: Feel free to use fresh herbs, instead of dried, if you have them available.

Digging into this sweet, summer delight gives me unexplainable satisfaction. If you have a soft spot for ice-cream sundaes, you will know exactly what I mean. The classic combo of vanilla and banana, topped with chocolate syrup and toasted coconut is too die for!

The flavor of banana pureed in the cold, creamy texture of ice-cream, along with the delightful flavor of chocolate - you’re going to absolutely love this!

Insanely delicious ice-cream sundaes are a perfect cannabis-infused dessert to serve to guests, when the summer heat kicks in. I made it for the first time, about 3 years back. After the very first time, I was sure I wanted to make it over and over again. After all, who doesn’t love a bowl full of creamy, fruity happiness?

Another great thing about this super-yummy sundae is that it can be made better & better. I’m talking about toppings here! You can add roasted fruits, Irish caramel, fruity pebbles, strawberry or blueberry sauce - and the list goes on - to devise your own vegan banana sundae sensation. I like them in their simple form, so I only top with chocolate syrup & sprinkle it with toasted coconut, but you can elaborate any way you like.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and I’m super excited for it! It’s the best holiday with good food, loved ones, and a long weekend.

A plate of moist, stuffed turkey, smothered in delicious gravy - well, THAT’S A MEAL! And this meal deserves the perfect ending!

Finishing this meal with a canna-infused dessert is the best way to go, and my choice is a triple-infused pumpkin pie. I usually infuse it with sativa cannabis strains because I love the cerebral high.

If you want to end your Thanksgiving meal on a gorgeous note, this pumpkin pie is the right choice! Here’s the recipe:

Whenever I hand a homemade brownie to someone, the first question I get from them is, “Does it have weed in there?” And the answer is, obviously, a big YES! There’s a reason why they’re called “The World’s Best” Pot Brownies, and this is the reason…

The cannabis-laden, chocolatey treats are simply to die for! Pot brownies are everyone’s first foray, when it comes to canna-infused desserts.

However, the recipe for this brownie is a bit tricky. If they are prepared incorrectly, then they may end up with a bitter, raw, marijuana taste. However, if done right, then there’s no dessert as delicious as this one.

To make the world’s best pot brownie, I make a bit more of a luxe version of this recipe, recommended by my friend. It has raspberries, blueberries, hazelnuts & almond extract, which are usually not used in simple pot brownies.

Some people, who like more fudgy brownies, usually use chocolate ganache, but I personally prefer balanced treats, so I use cocoa powder instead. However, it’s completely up to you which one you use. Try combining both a ganache & cocoa powder, to make your brownies ultra-fudgy.

So here’s the world’s best pot brownie recipe:

The sweet shrimp, combined with salty, crispy bacon are brought to a higher plane with the creamy, and slightly tangy chevre. To top it all off, THC is added with the canna-olive oil, all brightened up with a squeeze of citrus.

It IS just as good as it sounds, and the aroma will be enough to entice anyone to take a nibble!

Who doesn’t like baked delights?! Well, I absolutely love them! Baking cakes and muffins is my favorite part of the weekend. Also, I have a thing for desserts - after dinner, they are a MUST in our home.

I’ve recently started experimenting with phyllo dough. It’s an amazing ingredient you can use for baked delights, and they become even more delicious, in my opinion. I read about it online, and I’m glad I found it. It has made baking so much easier for me, because it saves a lot of time, and makes for a beautiful presentation.

Let me tell you about this dish, I recently tried, which was absolutely delicious! It’s called baked brie - you may have heard of it before. Well, in case you haven’t, it is a flaky, warm, mouth-watering, baked delight. Also, it’s definitely a must-try for the canna-loving people out there. Do you love eating grilled food? If yes, you’re at the right place! Here I’m going to share some pretty cool, easy-to-follow grilled food recipes with you. Today, I’m sharing cannabis-infused lemongrass chicken skewers.

Before sharing the ingredients, here are a few tips for you so you don’t mess it up:

- You have to gently poke a hole or two in the peppers and chicken pieces.

- Be gentle while working with the lemongrass stalks, so you don’t break them.

- In case you’re using wooden skewers, make sure you soak them first for 30 min - 1 hour. Otherwise, their ends are going to burn and you won’t be able to do anything, except for helplessly watching them burn and disappear.

P.S: I have made this dish using seeded jalapenos as well, and it turned out super tasty!

I remember when I tried nachos for the first time in a street café, and since then I’ve been a huge nachos fan. Covered in cheese, with chopped scallions and sour cream – Cannabis-infused fingerling nachos have got to be my favourite.

The first time I ate cannabis-infused loaded potato nachos was at my mom’s place. They were finger-licking good and I couldn’t resist asking mom how she made them. Although her recipe was a bit different from what I’m sharing here today, this one’s even better than the one I ate at her place.

If you love getting into the kitchen and trying out new dishes, this one is a must-try!

This has to one of the most delicious food ideas that I’ve ever shared. I made this dish for the first time about 8 months back, and since then I’ve been loving it.

Also, for the ones who don’t know spanakopita and cannabis, along with their great taste also have various health benefits. In fact, the first time I made cannabis-infused spanakopita was for a friend who is diabetic.

Spanakopita is an immunity booster and helps prevent heart diseases, as well as diabetes. It also helps improve brain function. With all these benefits, one can simply not skip spanakopita in their dishes.

The recipe of Cannabis-Infused Spanakopita Quesadillas that I’m sharing here today, are going to be the yummiest quesadillas you’ve ever had.

I really wanted to take vegetables outside the realm of salads & sandwiches, and showcase them in savoury tarts and pies. After much brainstorming, I came up with this super-easy & super-tasty recipe, which I’m super-proud of!

I’ve made this twice, and it turned out amazingly delicious & beautiful both times. This infused vegetable tart is also perfect leftover for lunch or dinner. Just bake it up with shredded cheese, some herbs and roasted peppers, and there you go - a delish dish!

I love making medicated magic of my own, and keep experimenting with infused dishes. I’ve recently learned how to use canna-oil in a number of dishes. I love how you can make incredibly impressive dishes using cannabis oil - be it a fill-it-up meal or a light evening snack.

I usually infuse the oil for this recipe with indica strains for this vegetable tart. It’s an old favorite and I’ve started using indicas more frequently these days. They're very relaxing, give a pretty good, euphoric high, and usually taste good too! The best thing about them? They treat your insomnia. So, for all the people like me who suffer from sleep disorders, indicas work great!

Madrasi food is fun - and cooking Madrasi food is even more fun! I’ve recently discovered my love for Madrasi food. For those who don’t know, Madras is India’s 5th largest city, and is quite known for its unique dishes.

Who else loves dry fruits? Such a silly question though. I mean, who doesn’t like dry fruits?

Before I begin with my today’s recipe, many of you may not know some of the nuts we think of as nuts, are actually dried fruits! Let me tell you that I’m a crazy dry fruit lover, and love trying dishes that include nuts & almonds, etc. Although consuming too much dry fruits give me pimples occasionally, I still can’t stop.

Another thing I’d like to mention here is that, in addition to great taste, nuts are also extremely nutritious. They have various health benefits, which most people don’t know about. They contain proteins, vitamins, dietary fibers, and minerals like iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium - all that help keep your body’s nutrients balanced.

Walnuts, in particular, are extremely beneficial for people with blood pressure issues, as they contain L- arginine - an amino acid - which relaxes & eases the blood vessels, and allows the blood to flow freely. This reduces the stress on the circulatory system & decreases blood pressure.

Fiber present in nuts also reduces the release of hunger hormone, preventing us from overeating. In this way, it also helps with weight loss. In love with walnuts? Well, you should be!

Now that I’ve listed down all the reasons why I love dried fruits, let’s get back to the recipe. Here, I’ll be sharing one of my favorite Madrasi dishes with you. It’s basically called Madras nuts, and they are super tasty!

I’ll be sharing the recipe of my favorite mushroom dish with you all. This stuffed mushroom dish. topped with mozzarella, tomato & fresh basil is very easy to cook, and can be baked before or after adding the toppings. However, I like the idea of raw ingredients and roasted mushrooms here more.

Canna Simple Syrup recipe pinit E easy

Canna-simple syrup is used in almost all canna-infused cocktails. And let me tell you, there are no cocktails more refreshing than canna-cocktails. They are cooling, refreshing, and absolutely delicious! Oh, and how can I miss the wonderful high they give.

You can find prepared canna-simple syrup from the store as well, but I personally like the homemade one more. It’s very easy to make and doesn’t require many ingredients. It’s up to you which strain you choose, but I personally prefer good sativa strains. The recipe I’m sharing here is usually enough for almost 24 doses, but then again the dosage depends on the potency that you want to take. Well if you ask me, my tip would be to go slow. You have enough time in the world to try out all the strains and get all the high you desire, so reasonable doses everyday would do.

Before sharing the recipe, let me tell you that this canna-infused simple syrup is the key ingredient in canna-cocktails. So if you learn to make it, you can add it in all kinds of fruity cocktails and enjoy their taste and high together.

Coffee is one of the morning must-haves for millions of people all over the world. And the best thing about it is that there’s a recipe for everybody. You can add or subtract ingredients according to your taste. Well, this recipe is a must try for all the coffee lover out there!

This caramel coffee is my everyday morning drink to kick off my day. it’s an instant energy-booster, and keeps you fresh all day. it is super tasty and a good thing about it is that it requires minimal ingredients. This is another reason why making it every day is easy. I’m not one of those people who drink it for caffeine, but it’s the flavor that I absolutely love!

I had tried caramel coffee many times in different cafes and always loved it, but I never tried it at home. Then one day I made a toffee desert and there were some toffee bars left in the bowl. I didn’t want to waste them so I ended up adding them in my basic hot coffee. And guess what? I was hooked to it in the very first try! So I replaced my everyday hot coffee with this super-tasty caramel coffee.

Let’s head over to the recipe:

I was never a coconut drinks fan until I came across this one. This cool drink with blended vegetables and fruits is like a dream come true. It works great if one wants some instant energy boost, especially in summers. It leaves you energized, refreshed, and relaxed at the same time.

While making this tasty smoothie, if you feel like you need to enhance the taste of coconut, you can add coconut milk, coconut extract or coconut water. Also, I love strawberries and bananas so add these fruits in the drink, but if you want, you can replace them with your favorite fruits and vegetables.

This smoothie is a great choice if you want to consume cannabis for medicinal benefits. It is because the THC in your cannabis is drawn out and you’re only left with its healthy ingredients. I also started drinking it for the same reason, so I can assure you that it’s harmless. And how can I miss that it’s super-duper delicious.

Here’s the super-easy recipe of this amazing coconut banana-berry smoothie:
