chicken Caesar salad recipe pinit M medium

Caesar salad is one of the most popular salads in the whole world. I’ve lost count of how many versions of it I’ve eaten, as of this day.

It’s definitely my go-to salad for a work break, and my forever-favorite afternoon meal. I’m very generous with the dressing, so my version of Caesar salad has the same calories as a creamy Alfredo pasta! But you know what? The tastiness of a Caesar salad doubles with a rich, filling dressing.

I use a homemade dressing for this salad. If you haven’t tried making it before, you are in for a real treat because it’s absolutely incredible. This dressing is even better than those you find in posh, gourmet stores. I usually use anchovies in my Caesar dressing. I know some people cringe at this thought, but trust me...it’s the key ingredient that make your dressing like a restaurant one.

It is not one of those light salads that leave you starving 10 minutes after eating. It’s a filling meal that’ll keep you fuller longer.

Sweet potato soup is a must-have recipe, in the winter. If you haven’t tried making one yet, and you are a fan of sweet potato or vegan soups, then you’ve got to give this cannabis-infused recipe a try. A bowl of this comforting soup is a favorite to make, and can be stored to serve later.

My sister brought over a bunch of sweet potatoes, one day, and I wasn’t sure how to use them all. I used some to make sweet potato casserole, then some for pancakes, but I was still left with quite a number of them.

After scrolling some online cookbooks, and searching “sweet potato dishes” on Google for hours, the idea of making this delicious, infused soup came to mind. My soup turned out perfectly! So, I thought I should share the recipe.

I infused some butter with a few ounces of Blackberry Kush, an indica strain that works great for pain & insomnia. I was having a terrible headache, and a stressful day, and this weed made me feel so much better.

Note: If you need help with preparing infused butter, check out our canna-infused butter recipe.

There’s nothing better than a large bowl of hot chicken stew with delicious, fluffy, canna-infused dumplings, on a cold winter day or night. This chicken stew is a pure comfort food!

Since I got myself a new oven a month ago, I wanted to experiment more with my dishes. I bought an oven-safe pot for my soups, and wanted to see how it works, so I ended up making this incredibly tasty chicken stew.

While I was making the stew, I realized that it can be improvised it in some way. That’s when the idea of adding canna-infused dumplings came to my mind. These fluffy dumplings added such a good flavor to the stew and made it absolutely perfect!

I’m that person, who can never say no to mac & cheese! It’s literally the first thing I check to see on a menu, wherever I go out to eat. It’s also the food I order most frequently, whenever I visit a restaurant. This soul-satisfying food is so cheesy, delicious, and a perfect, evening snack.

It’s very easy to make at home, and can be customized, according to your taste. You can add different spices & cheeses, add a layer of tomatoes as topping, or season it with breadcrumbs, depending on your mood & availability of ingredients.

I make my cannabis mac & cheese, using cheddar & Gruyere cheese, and top it with breadcrumbs. Use whatever cheeses you love, and top it with whatever you so desire. If you like your food spicy, adding salsa & jalapeno topping is a great idea.

I visited Rome last year, and tried a lot of new dishes there. This particular dish, I hadn’t ever even heard about!

During my stay there, the most wonderful snack I had was the chicken Milanese cutlet. It was crispy, and had an arugula topping. So simple, yet so perfect - heavenly delicious!

I make this snack at home quite often, and top it with whatever feels right. Mostly, it’s tomatoes in summer, and peppery salad with arugula & herbs in the winter, taking me right back to that wonderful dish - and the time I spent there of course.

I add cannabis to the dressing, in this dish, as the temperature to make the cutlet crisp is too hot for the infused oil.

Nowadays, people are prioritizing healthier eating choices, over processed food, and this change is surely a positive one. This is the perfect time to make healthy changes in our eating habits.

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve taken my diet seriously. I have partially switched to a healthier, natural, low-calorie meal plan, and I’m consciously eating more veggies than meat. And let me tell you, I’m loving it!

This salad is an important part of my new healthy diet, as I have it for lunch almost every day. This salad is a filling & wholesome meal - one which you won’t find yourself munching on snacks after eating. It will keep your body running until supper, or dinner. It is rich in vitamins & antioxidants - yet another bonus.

The thing I love the most about this salad is that it’s super versatile. You can add parsley, red onions, tomatoes, chickpeas, cucumber, or literally all your favorite veggies to it. If you are a meat lover, you can add chicken or shrimp too.

This is one of those dishes that will make you feel like an incredible chef with very little effort. Because these steaks soak up marinade amazingly well, you can marinate them, the night before cooking.

The strong, beefy flavor of skirt steak is to die for! This quick & easy-to-cook meal definitely tastes like one out of a restaurant, and is sure to become the most-demanded dish at your home.

A few months back, I was scrolling down my Instagram feed and came across a picture of this beautiful looking curried dish. I was so surprised to see how the chef made it look so appealing, because my curried dishes never look so great.

I said to myself, “It’s not impossible, just put in a little more effort!” So, after a few tries, I made a wonderful & beautiful-looking curried canna-infused lamb recipe.

For this dish, I infused both the oil & butter. If you need help with that, you can check out our canna-butter recipe and canna-oil recipe.

I used coconut oil because it adds a very unique flavor to this genre of food. However, you can replace it with any cooking oil you like, or have on hand.

This recipe is very flexible, so you can easily personalize it, according to your taste. I have also prepared this dish with tofu, cauliflower & spinach, and it was absolutely scrumptious.

Curried lamb is one of the best dishes to add to your dinner menu, when family or friends are coming over. A wholesome meal with a balanced taste of Indian spices, served over basmati rice – just perfect!

Bone broth is a health-boosting, nutritious food that is made by boiling healthy animal bones with veggies, herbs & spices.

Due to its unparalleled flavor & culinary uses, it is included in almost all 5-star restaurants. Besides these properties, bone broth is also an incredible source of minerals, helps boost your immune system, and improves digestion. It is rich in calcium, phosphorus & magnesium, and has a high collagen content, which makes it great for bones, teeth, hair, nails & skin.

It’s best to use a slow cooker for making broth. It takes several hours to cook, and the longer you cook it, the better it is. As the water evaporates, you have to keep an eye on it, adding water when needed, every few hours or so.

I add decarbed cannabis to my broth, and it takes it to a whole new level of pleasure. It becomes a heart-satisfying food! Usually, some of the cannabis adheres to the collagen & gelatin contained in the fat present on the top of the cooking pot. When you skim off the fat, as the broth cooks, some cannabis also goes with it making the dish mildly high. So, if you want to have a stronger stock, add canna-infused butter or cannabis cooking oil to your cup before eating.

This dish is one I learned from my mother - sans cannabis. It has always been a family favorite and one the most-demanded dishes in our home.

The first time she made it was when I was 18 years old, and we had a huge get together at our place. I can still remember it’s aroma wafting throughout our home, and I ran to the kitchen to ask her what she was cooking. It smelled just as good as it tasted.

It’s been over 2 years since I’ve been making this at home - with cannabis - and I can proudly say that I’m an expert at it now.

This baked beauty is super-tasty and super-easy to make, and one those big event dishes that you can serve to impress your guests - many guests. I usually make it on Christmas & New Year’s, and my guests always love & appreciate it. I made it last weekend, when my neighbors came over - later, we used the leftovers to make sandwiches.

The recipe I’m sharing today is basically my mom’s recipe, with some slight changes made to it.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and I’m super excited for it! It’s the best holiday with good food, loved ones, and a long weekend.

A plate of moist, stuffed turkey, smothered in delicious gravy - well, THAT’S A MEAL! And this meal deserves the perfect ending!

Finishing this meal with a canna-infused dessert is the best way to go, and my choice is a triple-infused pumpkin pie. I usually infuse it with sativa cannabis strains because I love the cerebral high.

If you want to end your Thanksgiving meal on a gorgeous note, this pumpkin pie is the right choice! Here’s the recipe:

Whenever I hand a homemade brownie to someone, the first question I get from them is, “Does it have weed in there?” And the answer is, obviously, a big YES! There’s a reason why they’re called “The World’s Best” Pot Brownies, and this is the reason…

The cannabis-laden, chocolatey treats are simply to die for! Pot brownies are everyone’s first foray, when it comes to canna-infused desserts.

However, the recipe for this brownie is a bit tricky. If they are prepared incorrectly, then they may end up with a bitter, raw, marijuana taste. However, if done right, then there’s no dessert as delicious as this one.

To make the world’s best pot brownie, I make a bit more of a luxe version of this recipe, recommended by my friend. It has raspberries, blueberries, hazelnuts & almond extract, which are usually not used in simple pot brownies.

Some people, who like more fudgy brownies, usually use chocolate ganache, but I personally prefer balanced treats, so I use cocoa powder instead. However, it’s completely up to you which one you use. Try combining both a ganache & cocoa powder, to make your brownies ultra-fudgy.

So here’s the world’s best pot brownie recipe:

Who doesn’t like baked delights?! Well, I absolutely love them! Baking cakes and muffins is my favorite part of the weekend. Also, I have a thing for desserts - after dinner, they are a MUST in our home.

I’ve recently started experimenting with phyllo dough. It’s an amazing ingredient you can use for baked delights, and they become even more delicious, in my opinion. I read about it online, and I’m glad I found it. It has made baking so much easier for me, because it saves a lot of time, and makes for a beautiful presentation.

Let me tell you about this dish, I recently tried, which was absolutely delicious! It’s called baked brie - you may have heard of it before. Well, in case you haven’t, it is a flaky, warm, mouth-watering, baked delight. Also, it’s definitely a must-try for the canna-loving people out there. So, I’m sharing with you my go-to baked brie recipe.

Do you love eating grilled food? If yes, you’re at the right place! Here I’m going to share some pretty cool, easy-to-follow grilled food recipes with you. Today, I’m sharing cannabis-infused lemongrass chicken skewers.

Before sharing the ingredients, here are a few tips for you so you don’t mess it up:

- You have to gently poke a hole or two in the peppers and chicken pieces.

- Be gentle while working with the lemongrass stalks, so you don’t break them.

- In case you’re using wooden skewers, make sure you soak them first for 30 min - 1 hour. Otherwise, their ends are going to burn and you won’t be able to do anything, except for helplessly watching them burn and disappear.

P.S: I have made this dish using seeded jalapenos as well, and it turned out super tasty!
