  4. Tea-bag (optional): If you want to add your favorite tea-bag for flavor, go right ahead!

Method

  1. Measure out the required dose of your favorite mushrooms (3.5g usually does the trick)
  2. Crush your mushrooms into as fine a powder as possible. If you’re having difficulties, chopping them up into little pieces works just as well! Once done, toss them in a cup
  3. Chop up some of that ginger (only a pinch) and throw it in the cup with the mushrooms
  4. Boil a cup of water in a pot or a kettle
  5. Pour the hot water into the cup with the mushroom and ginger, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. This will get all the psilocybin nice and easy into the water.
