What is THC oil?

THC oil is cannabis concentrated into liquid form. The plant's trichomes are extracted and suspended in a carrier oil (usually MCT or hemp seed oil), producing a potent, versatile product. Because the cannabinoids are already activated, THC oil can be taken orally without heating, which sets it apart from flower and many concentrates.

Compared to flower, oils deliver longer-lasting, more body-focused effects and make dosing far more precise. Most products list exact milligrams per capsule or per millilitre, so you know exactly what you're taking.

Types of THC oil we carry

How to dose THC oil

Start low, go slow. With capsules, begin with the lowest strength available (25mg or less per capsule) and take one. With tinctures, start with a few drops under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds before swallowing. Wait at least 2 hours before taking more: oral THC takes longer to kick in than smoking and the effects last longer.

Edible-style caution applies: never re-dose because you "don't feel it yet." Overconsumption from impatience is the most common new-user mistake with any oral cannabis product.

Keep oils in their original containers, tightly sealed, away from direct light and heat. A cupboard works; refrigeration extends the life of tinctures and distillates. Properly stored, most oils keep their potency for a year or more. Always keep them out of reach of children and pets.
