I did experience niacin flush in the beginning, but only a couple of times and it wasn't too bad. I did switch my vitamin B supplement to a version without it and it hasn't happened again.

What surprised me the most is the level of energy it gave me! My dog must be puzzled when I'm getting ready for our third long walk of the day. I definitely would recommend it to anyone who needs a positivity and "willingness" to do stuff boost.

Didn't experience the red flush, but I can definitely feel a little buzz when it's starting to take effect (I'm sensitive to shrooms though, I always needed a lesser dose than my friends when I took it to get high). Nothing that would a problem in my everyday life, but I can feel a little funny and hyper-focused.

Today i went on the sporewellenss.ca website and here is what I found: "NOTE: Niacin Flush is a common side effect of taking Niacin (Vitamin B3) supplements. It may appear as red flush of your skin with an itching/burning sensation. Although uncomfortable, the reaction is harmless and temporary while your body adjusts to the levels of Niacin (Vitamin B3)." It was a relief to find this info. It would be beneficial to add it in your product description. I am giving this product 5 stars, rash aside, i do believe that i felt more energized and sharp.
