Orange Haze is a proper old-school sativa hybrid: Orange Bud sweetness over real Haze structure, bred by Green Devil Genetics, and it behaves like the family says it should. One hit and the head lights up: fast, electric, long lasting, with the orange citrus on every exhale. It is a morning and afternoon strain through and through, the one you want before a workload, a hike or anything that needs your brain switched on. I hand it to daytime smokers, creative types and anyone whose current indica habit has flattened them. I do not hand it to evening smokers or anyone with an anxious relationship with strong sativas: at 24 to 32 percent THC it can absolutely be too much of a good thing. The honest downside: the head high is genuinely intense, and the top is clearer than it is mellow. Start small.
