How does Northern Lights ship?
We ship Canada-wide by Canada Post Xpresspost from Vancouver. Weekday orders placed before 2:30 PM PT go out the same day; later orders and weekend orders ship the next business day. Most orders arrive in 2 to 3 business days (rural areas can take a day or two longer). Shipping is free on orders over $149. Everything is vacuum sealed and sent in a plain envelope with nothing on the outside about what's inside.
Which size of Northern Lights is the best value?
The 28g is the best value at $155, which works out to $5.54 per gram, compared with $8.57 per gram for the 3.5g. If you're trying Northern Lights for the first time, the 3.5g is an easy way to start.
What if my order gets lost or arrives damaged?
