1 Ounce Mix and Match (Shrooms)

The Shrooms Mix and Match (1oz) lets you build a full ounce of dried mushrooms from the varieties in stock. Pick any 4 quarters of 7g each and combine them into one bag, so you can stick with a favourite or sample a few different ones in a single order. Each row links to the variety’s own page if you want the details before picking.

How the Bag Works

• Each pick is 7g of a single dried mushroom variety.
• Pick any 4 quarters to complete the ounce.
• Mix varieties freely, or take all 4 of the same one.
• The bag bar shows your progress and the flat bag price as you build.

Why Mix and Match

Every variety has its own character, and the only way to find yours is to try them side by side. A mixed ounce keeps things interesting without committing a full ounce to one variety, and it is usually cheaper than buying the quarters separately.

Storing Your Shrooms

Keep each 7g portion sealed until you need it and store it somewhere cool, dark and dry. Dried mushrooms hold up well, but light and moisture are what degrade them fastest, so an airtight container in a cupboard beats leaving the bag out.
