Rolling papers vs hemp wraps
Papers (RAW, OCB, Juicy Jays) are the thin, even-burn classic: pure wood pulp, rice, or hemp, essentially tasteless unless flavoured. Hemp wraps (Kingpin, Juicy Hemp Wraps) are thicker, burn slower, and roll like a blunt leaf - heavier experience, better grip for hand rolls, no tobacco. First-timers usually start with 1 1/4 papers; blunt-style smokers go straight to wraps.
Paper sizes: 1 1/4 vs king size slim
1 1/4 is the standard single: one gram or less, one person, classic joint. King size slim (RAW Organic, OCB Gold) is the long format: more capacity, slower burn, better for sharing or big sessions. The BMWO 1 1/4 includes filter tips in the pack, which are otherwise a separate purchase.
