We ship Canada-wide by Canada Post Xpresspost from Vancouver. Weekday orders placed before 2:30 PM PT go out the same day; later orders and weekend orders ship the next business day. Most orders arrive in 2 to 3 business days (rural areas can take a day or two longer). Shipping is free on orders over $149.
