CBD Gummies
CBD gummies are the easiest way to take cannabidiol: no droppers, no vapour, no taste of hemp. Just a flavoured chew with a measured dose. People use them for everyday stress, sleep, workout recovery and aches, without the high that THC delivers.
Every CBD gummy below ships discreetly across Canada via Canada Post Xpress. New to CBD? The guide below the products covers dose, spectrum types and what to expect.

What are CBD gummies?
CBD (cannabidiol) is one of over a hundred cannabinoids in the cannabis plant. Unlike THC, it is non-intoxicating: you get the calming and anti-inflammatory effects without feeling stoned. Gummies are simply CBD oil folded into a flavoured pectin or gelatin base, with the dose pre-measured per piece. That last part matters: with oil you count drops and guess; with a gummy, 25mg means 25mg.
How do CBD gummies work?
CBD works with your endocannabinoid system (ECS), the signalling network that helps regulate sleep, mood, pain response and immune function. It does not bind to cannabinoid receptors the way THC does. It modulates them, which is why the effect is subtle and functional rather than psychoactive.
Edibles take longer than oil under the tongue: expect 45 to 90 minutes for full effect, because the gummy digests first. The trade is duration: a gummy's effects typically last 4 to 6 hours, longer than vaping or tinctures.
Full-spectrum vs broad-spectrum vs isolate
This is the one label difference worth understanding before you buy:
- Full-spectrum contains CBD plus small amounts of other cannabinoids and terpenes from the plant, including under 0.3% THC. The compounds work together (the entourage effect), and most people find it the most effective per milligram.
- Broad-spectrum is full-spectrum with the THC removed. You keep most of the entourage benefit with zero THC. The pick if you are drug-tested or THC-sensitive.
- Isolate is pure CBD, nothing else. Cleanest option, mildest effect. Prefer non-gummy formats? We also carry CBD tinctures.
Every product on this page lists its spectrum type. If you are unsure, start full-spectrum unless you have a specific reason not to.
Dosing: start low, go slow
There is no universal CBD dose. Body weight, metabolism and what you are targeting all matter. The honest starting framework:
- 10-15mg per day: light support, first-timers, general wellbeing
- 20-40mg per day: the range most people land in for stress and sleep
- 40mg+ per day: recovery and stubborn aches; work up to this over a week or two
Take one gummy, wait two days, adjust. CBD is cumulative for many people: the full benefit often shows up after 1-2 weeks of consistent use, not the first dose.
What people use CBD gummies for
Sleep. The most common reason customers buy CBD. A 25-50mg gummy 90 minutes before bed is the typical pattern. Pairing with a THC-free evening routine keeps mornings clear-headed.
Everyday stress. Lower doses (10-25mg) taken in the morning or midday take the edge off without fog. Think of it as a volume knob, not a switch.
Recovery and aches. Gym-goers and manual workers use higher doses for post-workout inflammation and joint stiffness. Topicals add local relief; gummies handle the system-wide part.
Note: we sell wellness products, not medicine. CBD is well-tolerated at normal doses, but if you are on medication (especially blood thinners) or pregnant, check with a doctor first.
Are CBD gummies legal in Canada?
Yes. Hemp-derived CBD products are legal Canada-wide (see our full CBD collection for oils, tinctures and topicals), and since the Cannabis Act of 2018, CBD is regulated alongside cannabis rather than as a separate substance. Two practical notes: products must come from a licensed Canadian retailer (every gummy on this page qualifies), and CBD can still show up on a sensitive drug test if you choose full-spectrum, since those contain trace THC. If testing is a concern, pick a broad-spectrum or isolate product.
How we choose the CBD gummies we carry
We stock a mix of doses, spectrums and brands rather than one company whole lineup, and every product page states exactly what you are getting: mg per piece, spectrum type and flavour. If a gummy tastes like vitamins, it does not make the menu.
