These have become my goto. I have issues with insomnia, stress and anxiety, and they work great. I started with half and worked up to a full one. They are quick-acting (about half hour to hour) so I take a few minutes before bed and it helps me sleep through the night by calming my headspace. They seem to last a long time, possibly because they are a gummy and they are slower to dissolve than other edibles, so it likely helps reduce the quantity that you need in comparison to other edibles that I have tried. I have tried chocolates, cookies and other candies and these, in my opinion, are the best that I have found. I especially like the taste of the party mix. They are pleasant tasting compared to many others that I've sampled. They have a slight aftertaste, but not objectionable. I would say they are also good if you suffer from stress or anxiety. They help dial down the effects of an anxious brain! I have recommended them to several people. As others have said, they offer a lot for the money in comparison to other products that I have tried.
