Bought this on a recommendation from my daughter who uses it for back pain. I have several severe issues with one shoulder and am trying to avoid shoulder replacement surgery. This works extremely well for the pain and I can reapply during the night if I wake up due to pain. It appears to work very well. Have recommended to a friend who suffers from severe back pain.
