Aside from my homemade edibles, these ones are the best I've tried. I can eat a full one of these and have great buzz for about 4-5 hours, non-stop giggles, munchies and super talkative with the sativa ones. for beginners I would start with a half, maybe even a quarter of a square to test your tolerance.
