I’ve always had trouble sleeping for as long as I could remember. My mind always racing at night keeping me up. I’d eventually fall asleep then I’d wake up with my mind still racing and be up for the rest of the night. I’ve never been a regular cannabis user and I’m a bit of a lightweight in that regard, so many other products were just too much for me and would give me an uncomfortable feeling that just made things worse.
The ZZZ Bombs seem to be the answer for me. I take half of one square and sleep like a baby. I don’t get the jittery paranoid feeling like many other products have given me and I actually sleep through the night. These have increased my quality of life to an extent I can’t even explain. If anxiety at night is depriving you of sleep I would highly recommend trying these out! I’m ordering another month supply now! Less more

I bought this for my anxiety and wanted to take one before work but since I've never had CBD before. A friend recommended not to try one before work until i know what it does to me because apparently it can make you sleepy... not sure if that's the case. I definitely will have to try it when i haven't smoked at all to feel and understand the effects. But I find it takes too long before the effects hits (60-90 minutes)
I ordered the cbd oral spray, apparently that hits quicker than digesting a CBD edible. But overall, I'm glad I purchased this. Will take them after I receive my cbd oral spray.
