I didn't notice any bitter taste, or after taste - they tasted great to us (might be because we are used to the taste?).

Smokes incredibly smooth for a Kush of this strength, tastes great, leaves a slight “burn” at the back of the throat. The high is headstrong at first, then seems to spread over the body. Works great for back pain and muscle spasms!
