Ingredients
    For Wasabi Viangrette
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons prepared wasabi
  • ¼ teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons season rice wine vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons cannaoil
  • juice of a lemon
  • freshly ground pepper
  • For Salad
  • ½ head Napa cabbage (shredded)
  • ½ head romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 2 shredded carrots
  • 2 thinly sliced celery stalks
  • cooked chicken shredded from 8-ounce chicken breast
  • 1 cup julienned snow peas
  • 4 diagonally cut green onions
  • ½ cups fresh mint leaves (chopped)
  • ½ cups cilantro leaves (chopped)
  • ½ cups roasted unsalted peanuts (chopped)
Instructions
    To Prepare Wasabi Vinagrette
  1. 1. Put All Ingredients in a Glass Jar

    Take a glass jar with tight-fitting seal and put all the ingredients in it including the cannabis cooking oil.

    Note: Make sure the jar is tightly sealed.

  2. 2. Shake Vigorously

    Shake vigorously, to mix the ingredients together.

    Add all remaining ingredients, except peanuts, to a large bowl.

  5. 4. Pour Wasabi Vinaigrette Dressing Over Salad

    Pour wasabi vinaigrette dressing over salad. Gently, toss to combine.

  6. 5. Serve and Top with Roasted Peanutes

    Top with roasted peanuts & serve.
